Who Can Enroll
- Minimum age: 18
- Meets tandem weight/health guidance (see First-Time Skydiving page)
- No prior jump experience required
What to Expect Going In
AFF is a bigger commitment than a single tandem jump — you'll complete ground school before your first solo-supervised jump, then progress through a series of categories with an instructor by your side. Physical and time commitment increase as you advance.

Program Policies
- Prepay packages must be used in a single season
- Prepay packages are nonrefundable, but are transferable ($25 transfer fee)
- Minimum 25 jumps for USPA A License
- At least one jump every 30 days to stay current
- More than 30 days between jumps will require repeating the FJC and the previous completed category
- FJC booking changes to be made at least one week prior to reservation; failure to reschedule timely results in a fee equivalent to FJC cost

Where is AFF training currently offered?
AFF training is held at the same location as our tandem skydiving jumps — the Skydiving Airport, 69-415 Farrington Hwy, Waialua, HI 96791.
What is included in the listed price?
Pricing includes all rental equipment (parachute, goggles, jumpsuit, altimeter) and parachute packing for each jump. It does not include the First Jump Course (FJC), packing class, or USPA membership — those are billed separately.
How many jumps are required before an A License?
A minimum of 25 jumps is required for a USPA A License.
What happens if I go more than 30 days between jumps?
You’ll need to repeat the First Jump Course (FJC) and your previous completed category before continuing. At least one jump every 30 days is required to stay current, and repeat jumps are billed separately.
